Questions people ask
How much is customs?
Parcels from abroad are duty-free up to $300 a month per person. Above that limit, customs duty and VAT apply. Our estimates already include them; customs decides the final amount.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 4–8 days from Turkey, 7–12 days from Europe, 8–14 days from the US and UK, and 12–22 days from China, counted from when the store ships.
Do I pay you anything?
No. You buy directly from the store. If you write to us, we'll tell you upfront whether we can help and on what terms.
Is the price on the site final?
It is an estimate: store prices and exchange rates change. Check the final price at the store before paying.
Can I return an item?
Returns follow the selling store's rules, and sending an item back abroad takes time and costs extra delivery. Check the size and details before ordering; ask us if you're not sure.
Can you order something that isn't on the site?
Yes. Send us the link through Messages and we'll tell you the full price with delivery.
